Of the two you mentioned, Silent Reds will be quieter. The Razer Oranges are pretty much just Cherry Brown clones. Many people on this sub do not recommend Razer products, and for good reason, so I would personally not get a board with Razer Oranges. Healios are also a switch you should check out, they are really quiet.
